Can you help me get Geosort set up?
Yes. Share your Shopify store and the collections or countries you want to focus on. We can help you choose your starting setup and understand which merchandising rules fit your catalog.
Which plan is right for my brand?
It depends on your catalog, the collections you want to optimize and the features you need. Compare plans and limits, or tell us about your store and we'll help you decide.
Can I try Geosort before choosing a paid plan?
Yes. Geosort has a free plan, and paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can install Geosort from the Shopify App Store and explore the setup for your brand.
I need help with an existing setup. What should I send?
Include your store URL, the collection and country affected, and what you expected to happen. Share the rule or behavior you're checking so we can get straight to the relevant setup. Never send passwords or private access tokens.
Do you support headless stores or custom requirements?
Headless compatibility is available through a custom plan. Tell us about your storefront, monthly sessions, catalog and target countries, or request a custom quote. We'll review the requirements with you.
Can my agency partner with Geosort?
Yes. The program is built for agencies helping Shopify brands improve performance, including CRO, paid media and ecommerce agencies. Explore the partner program or contact us here to discuss how we'd work together.
How does partner commission work?
Partner, Growth Partner and Scale Partner earn 10%, 15% and 20% respectively in the first year. Growth and Scale partners can also earn ongoing commission while meeting the program's activity requirements. See the levels and commission calculator for the full picture.
Do referred clients get an extended trial?
Yes. Clients referred through the partner program get a 30-day free trial, instead of the standard 14 days. This applies across all three partner levels.
Can you help onboard my clients?
Yes. We can help with the initial setup and merchandising strategy for referred clients. Tell us about their catalog, target countries and priorities, and we'll work through the right starting point with you.
