The same catalogue.
A different top 10 in every country.

The biggest change was not what NiiHAi sold. It was which products each country discovered.

Before Geosort

Almost the same ten products. Everywhere.

Across its main markets, NiiHAi had nearly the same top 10. Even the United States and Australia shared the same bestsellers, with only one or two positions changing.

One collection order set the agenda.

The same products kept getting the most visibility, while other potential bestsellers stayed buried in the grid.

After 3.5 months with Geosort

Each country found its own bestsellers.

Each country developed a distinctly different top 10. Products that had been overlooked started winning locally as Geosort adapted their visibility to real demand in each market.

More products could drive growth.

NiiHAi uncovered new bestsellers across its catalogue and more opportunities to scale internationally.

The growth opportunity was already in the catalogue. Country sorting helped the right shoppers discover it.

Inside NiiHAi's
merchandising toolkit.

A few of the features NiiHAi relies on most, and how the team puts them to work. These are favorites from a broader Geosort setup, not the whole toolkit.

Country sorting is the foundation. Every market gets its own product order; these tools give the team more control over what shoppers discover.

Explore all Geosort features
Product groupingBikinis and matching sets, side by side.

NiiHAi groups bikini pieces and matching sets so they stay next to each other in collection grids. Shoppers discover the pieces together, while the strongest-ranking product leads the group.

Bikini top + matching bottom. The complete set stays together.

Seasonal country groupsThe right season, wherever shoppers are.

NiiHAi uses seasonal country groups to keep bikinis and summer clothing prominent in markets where it is summer, and prioritize winter pieces where it is winter. The groups adapt throughout the year, while each country keeps its own local ranking.

Summer markets: swimwear and light pieces. Winter markets: the winter edit.

Restock layerBack in stock. Back where shoppers can see it.

When a product comes back into stock, NiiHAi uses the Restock layer to detect it automatically and move it up for a chosen number of days. Replenished products get another moment in view without a manual check of every collection.

Restock detected > temporary visibility boost > regular ranking.

Broken Stock DetectionKeep broken sizes out of prime positions.

NiiHAi uses Broken Stock Detection to identify swimwear and clothing with missing key sizes. Products that meet the team's broken-stock rules are flagged and moved down automatically, giving healthier size availability more visibility before an item sells out completely.

Key sizes sell out > product flagged > lower collection position.

Balanced mix with metafieldsA considered mix, not a wall of one product type.

In selected collections, NiiHAi uses a metafield-based layer to alternate product categories. A shoe, a bottom and a top can follow one another, giving the collection a balanced rhythm while products within each group rank by country.

Shoe > bottom > top. Then the next locally ranked product in each group.

its chance to perform.

NiiHAi uses the Opportunities Engine to uncover products with untapped demand. Geosort recommends a specific position in a specific country, so a promising product gets more visibility where it matters.
